When will my order be delivered?
Items are printed to order and shipped from the USA, with most deliveries completed in 8-10 business days. Production generally takes 2-5 days, after which it will ship out. Shipping may occur from more than one location depending on what was ordered. We generally use USPS, but UPS, FedEx and DHL are possible. You can sign up to receive tracking notifications when you order. See our Shipping page for more detail.
International shipping outside of the US may take several weeks depending on the location.
Can I return my product?
Since we do not resell second-hand goods and our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your product is defective or otherwise wrong, they may be returned within 30 days. Click on the Returns link in the footer for more detail.

What materials are your shirts made from?
For our graphic shirts: Solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton. Heather colors are a 35% ring-spun cotton and 65% polyester blend.
Our full-coverage jerseys and longsleeves are made from 100% polyester.
(Heather colors have a visible texture due to the interwoven fibers. They're still soft!)
I only received a partial order?
Some products will ship from different locations even though you've purchased them in the same order. If this happens, please refer to the tracking numbers that are sent to you via email.
Should I be scared to give you my email?
Absolutely not! We are an individual business unaffiliated with anyone else. Your email will not be sold, given or used for any purpose other than correspondence with this site. You will not be spammed; we promise to email offers and updates no more than once a month, and to be real with you, it will likely be much less. Have no fear!
We cannot control what is done with information you put into your payment service or with shopify. But DH itself will not give out your information.
Are your products Made in America?
Yes! Items are designed, printed and shipped all from the USA. Materials (such as thread) may be sourced globally. Debonair Hare is based in the USA.
