Intellectual Property

In the event of any concerns or complaints about possible violation of intellectual property rights, please send our designated agent an email at legal@debonairhare.com, identifying with specificity the rights alleged to be violated and the accused products. The email provided is for claims only and other uses may be ignored. 

If you believe your work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our agent with a written notice containing all of the following (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including specific location information (URL) sufficient to allow us to locate the material.
4. The complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed. At our discretion, regardless if a violation has occurred we may remove the items in question from sales until status can be determined. Knowingly submitting false claims may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Ongoing Improvements
